So, being Fiercely50ish does have its benefits. What’s important seems to be so much clearer now than it ever was or has been. The what has certainly shifted over the decades, but what matters now is the clarity. At this stage, clarity has presented ease. Don’t we all crave ease?
My circle of support is so much more important now. Firecely50ish doesn’t just happen, it’s a right of passage and it takes work to get and stay here. I truly believe that having a Board of Trust-EASE as part of your tribe is inspiring and encourages us to try a little harder, granting us permission to step out of what is safe and earning a front-row seat to what we are capable of making happen.

They are promoters of progress and can serve as the catalyst we need to reach further, dig deeper,acknowledge and identify barriers that we can navigate or mitigate to get to where we need to be.
You may not spend a lot of time with this group, but when you do, the environment is positive and productive.
Your interactions with some of your Board of Trust-EASE members can be traditional and unconventional. I have never met some of my Board of Trust-EASE in person.
My Board of Trust-EASE represent all genders, colors, politics, and backgrounds. Just like a closet full of the same style and color clothes, that is boring and not motivating, your Board of Trust-EASE should have a vastly different perspective than your own.
